We are delighted to announce the appointment of Amb. Wilfrido Villacorta as PACS Honorary Fellow, the first eminent person to be bestowed such a recognition.

PACS confers the title of Honorary Fellow on exemplary individuals who have contributed significantly to Chinese Studies and whose outstanding knowledge and experience can help PACS fulfill its vision and mission. An Honorary Fellow is expected to deliver a public lecture and/or produce a paper for publication in the Chinese Studies Journal.
